Interaktionsformen zwischen Organisationen und Gemeinschaften

In meinem Beitrag möchte ich die Frage stellen, ob nicht zumindest einige der in jüngster Zeit in die Diskussion eingebrachten ‚neuen‘ Formen des Organisierens besser als Überlagerungen verschiedener Typen sozialer Ordnung behandelt werden sollten. Wenn sich in einem empirischen Phänomen mehrere sozialtheoretisch unterscheidbare Typen sozialer Ordnung überlagern, dann führt eine empirische Generalisierung auf andere Ergebnisse als die analytische Unterscheidung von Typen sozialer Ordnung und die Erklärung des Phänomens aus deren Überlagerung. Die zweite Strategie erlaubt es, existierende Theorien besser auszunutzen, trägt zur Kohärenz des Feldes bei und erleichtert die Konzeptualisierung von Paradoxa und Widersprüchen.Literaturhinweise
