Gefühlte Zugehörigkeit im Wandel?
Zugehörigkeitsgefühle geflüchteter Jugendlicher im Zeitverlauf

Im Kontext der Flucht- und Migrationsforschung zeigt sich immer wieder, dass Zugehörigkeitsgefühle eine enorme Bedeutung für den Ankommensprozess haben. Zur Situation explizit geflüchteter Jugendlicher liegen in diesem Kontext bislang jedoch wenig Daten vor. Dieser Beitrag fokussiert sich daher auf die Situation geflüchteter Jugendlicher und untersucht, wie sich deren Zugehörigkeitsgefühle im Zeitverlauf verändern und welche Einflussfaktoren substanzielle Effekte auf sie ausüben. Dafür bedient er sich längsschnittlicher quantitativer Daten eines laufenden religionssoziologischen Promotionsprojekts, die im Rahmen des Forschungsprojekts „Religion als Ressource und Risiko (ReReRi)“ erhoben wurden. Auf Grundlage multivariater Regressionsanalysen werden sowohl quer- als auch längsschnittliche Effekte in den Blick genommen. Die untersuchten Zugehörigkeitsgefühle erweisen sich als plural und multilokal. Anstelle eindeutiger Präferenzen zeigt sich, dass Zugehörigkeitsgefühle sowohl zum Herkunftsland als auch zu Deutschland relativ stabil bleiben. Veränderungen im Zeitverlauf lassen sich, insbesondere für das Zugehörigkeitsgefühl zu Deutschland, auf das Vertrauen in staatliche Institutionen zurückführen. Darüber hinaus unterstreichen die Befunde die förderliche Wirkung stabiler sozialer Netzwerke und regelmäßiger Kontakte für den Ankommensprozess und die Genese von Zugehörigkeitsgefühlen.
