Klassiker als Pioniere

Abstract

Einen Vorschlag aus dem letzten Heft aufgreifend, die Klassiker der Soziologie als Pioniere zu lesen (und nicht als historische Vorläufer oder a-historische Zeitgenossen), wird gezeigt, inwiefern Durkheim, Weber und Simmel in einer wahren Pionierleistung die drei logisch überhaupt möglichen Grundperspektiven soziologischer Theorie (Objektivismus, Subjektivismus, Relationismus) erstmals schlüssig entwickelt haben.

Starting from the proposal to read our classical authors as pioneers (and not as predecessors or contemporaries) it is shown here, that Durkheim, Weber and Simmel for the first time had lined out those three only perspectives of sociological theory, which are possible from a logical standpoint: objectivism, subjectivism and relationalism.
